Big Fish Grill 09/09/2010
Being a meat gal, I don’t grill a lot of fish but was inspired to try something new - grilling a whole fish. Colin, from the Seafood Shop in Wainscott hooked me up with a beautiful red snapper (my new favorite fish) and walked me through the recipe. It couldn’t have been easier! Ask your fish monger to clean and gut your fish. Stuff fish with lemon slices, rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper. Olive oil the outside of the fish as well. Your grill should be nice and hot for cooking. Put fish on grill approximately 8 minutes per side. Add Comment |
